Rack Audio Panel
When I put a music disc, pop up says: No mixer control is available, then: Could not find any mixer divices. Y
The pop up also states that the mixer/recording control will not be loaded. What surprises me is that audio rack (media player) shows the music being played without sound at all. If I go to Control panel then Volume control, nothing comes up. Pliz advise.
right click "My Computer" then "Properties" then click "Hardware" tab then "Device Manager" check if you can see an exclamation point indicating the hardware, once you see, right click "Update Driver" then follow the steps. but for much easier is just re-install your sound driver. it is inside your motherboard cd. If you don't have the cd, just download it from the internet, but first, you have to know what's the brand/platform/model of your motherbaord then download driver from their site.
